Bob Marshall

District 9 General Manager Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative Portola, CA Bob Marshall is the general manager of Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative and Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications in Portola, Calif. The cooperative, which opened for business in 1987, is a charter member of NRTC.
