Rick Vergin serves as CEO of Chibardun Telephone Cooperative and its subsidiaries in Dallas, Wisconsin. Under his leadership, Chibardun has been active in many issues including interconnection, right-of-way regulation, competitive franchising, access charge payment and anti-competitive incumbent actions. Mr. Vergin serves on the Board of Directors and advisory councils of several industry organizations including the Rural Independent Competitive Alliance, a newly formed national organization for rural CLECs.
